Spring Trend Alert! Eggshell

Just this past Thursday, model Jessica Stroup wore an eggshell moire (which means “wavy”) embroidered Brian Reyes skirt with a nude low v-drop top, also by Reyes, to the Return to Origins Recycling Program press conference.

Isn’t this outfit so demure and absolutely adorable? Of course, nude screams spring and I love how the top delicately tucks into the skirt. The flutter sleeves are so pretty, and the nude strappy Jimmy Choo heels not only coordinate, but they also elongate the legs.

It all looks so effortlessly fresh (including her hair and make-up). This is what spring should look like to me. Comfortable, classic and cool. Don’t try too hard, girls! Spring is all about going with the flow. 

(Style Secret: Light colors like nude and white can make you look tanner, which is always a plus when the sun starts to shine.)
