Shaping Up with Rodial

Have you noticed my beauty product reviews have been a little on the lighter side lately? Well, that’s because I couldn’t use just anything and everything for nine whole months – believe me, it’s been killing me! I am happy to say now – bring on the beauty!!


I’ve gone nuts this week scheduling a spa day, a salon day and renewing my gym membership. I must and I will get back to my old self – it’s just going to take some work! That’s why I was ecstatic to receive a package from the Rodial PR folks just before Christmas (my in-laws were def jealous!) that included the Creme de la Creme (firming body cream – amen!) and Glamtox Eye Light SPF 15 ($129). 


So, what do these bad boys do exactly? Well, I’ve been applying the Glamtox either at night or in the morning (whichever I can fit in), just around my eyes/on the brow bone. Amazing results. How do I know? Because I’ve been getting – oh let’s say – maybe four astounding hours of sleep at night with the newborn. My eyes do not show a trace of this lack of sleep. We’re talking firm, lift and LOVE! Celebs like VBecks (that’s Victoria Beckham), Jennifer Aniston and Rachel Bilson all love the Glamtox line, too.


Now, the firming cream is also an essential to my routine as well. I always apply this after I’m finished showering, and it smells – and feels – amazing (shea butter/vitamin E, hello!). My skin gets the works: hydration, firming and a lingering aroma just as good as anything on my perfume counter, really! And apparently it’s formulated to help you maintain that summer tan.


It’s not summer yet, but my goal is to be bikini-ready by then. I’m keeping the Rodial products on my counter handy until then. Air kisses! xoxo
