Adam Lippes designs his own label, ADAM, and it's consistently one of our favorites every season. It's so wearable and chic, and we love how it's not too edgy (that's just not us). The S/S 2011 collection is easy, refined and simplistic - more so than past seasons, which have included some pretty bright colors. Most of the pieces are hues of white, clay, sand and ivory, but I absolutely love the few pieces of peach and copper. You see structure, like in the blazer below, mixed with complete girliness with lace, eyelet and chiffon. My favorite look is just below - an indigo knit cotton vest, white poplin sleeveless shirt and white cotton ruffle skirt. I was swooning by the runway.
Hair was by Rudi Lewis for Bumble and Bumble and make-up by Romy Soleimani for MAC. And shoes? By Manolo Blahnik, of course.
Oh, and check out Mr. Joe Zee, Creative Director of ELLE magazine and star of The City. He posed for my camera amidst the crowd!
