How I Wore My Heels: With Red Laces!!

I can’t help but feel like some sort of chic ice skater in them (err, I don’t do ice skating, so probbbbb not, haha). They did come with a set of black laces, but I immediately changed them to the red. How hot does a girl feel wearing red laces you ask? Pretty darn hot. The styling trick here is to wear them with skinnies. That’s it; no other options. (I’m being serious.)

Here’s how I wore my heels:
* Striped sweater by J. Crew (I’ve had these season after season and it doesn’t get more classic than this…remember, if you choose stripes, choose thicker ones like these to flatter.)
* Black cocoon sweater by Moth from Anthropologie (can you say sweater sale? I tried on for hours and walked out with this BLACK sweater…go figure. But, it goes with so much…)
* Heart necklace from Target (I do love hearts…sorta a “signature” necklace)
* Skinny jeans gifted by Vintage Revolution (you’ve seen these zillions of times on me by now – a fav!)
* Red-lace wedges gifted by Modern Vintage (remember our write-up on them? looooving this brand!)


P.S. Notice how I’m “making” my bangs become side-swept again. I suddenly cringed at the sight of my fringe bangs in photos. Hasta la vista…they were fun while they lasted! (um, two months?)
