I know, I know. little C. is always getting new shoes. But, I mean, would you think otherwise? He goes through them sooooo quickly, too, though. It's amazing what tumbling around on the playground will do to those kicks. The last pair of tennis shoes we bought him was only a few short months ago (if that), and they're already showing signs of wear and tear. So...
I was amazingly happy (squealing with excitement, if you will) when pediped (truly a fav brand of ours) offered to send us a sample from their Grip n Go line (it's for ages 9 months to 3 years). little C's new little sneakers, the Adrian ($47), are featured just above in navy, and he now refers to them just as they are: "new shoes." His poor other shoes from (gasp!) two months ago are now dubbed the "old shoes." Silly me, but I'm just reading about all of the superpowers of his new shoes and they are - sit for this one, mamas - machine washable. Yes, hooray! What else do we love about these new shoes? They're easy on/off Velcro - and they're so very cute. little C. can wear this style with pretty much anything!
But besides these handy, dandy shoes, what's exciting for spring/summer? pediped has expanded the Adventure line to include new style/color combos. Eek - that's a lot of choices! Pretty sure I heart every one of them - like the teal and pink hues below (aren't the Mary Janes just absolutely adorable?). What's more, the Originals line (0-24 months...I still remember those lil' soft-soled pediped days!) is now being made with a leather diamond tread that's more slip resistant. So cool, right? You want those little ones to be as safe as can be, and now you know you can trust pediped even more.
little C. took his first steps at 10 months and has certainly not looked back, haha. I encourage you to let your little one "grow up" in pedipeds - we just adore them!
