ERIN by Erin Fetherston Resort
When I think of Erin Fetherston, I think of sweet, innocent, girly and charming. Sunshine on an otherwise gloomy day. A breath of fresh air. So imagine all the sad faces around when we were invited to the latest resort collection preview for ERIN by Erin Fetherston and couldn’t attend. I know, I know. Needless to say, the collection is stunning and settling for these images was the next-best thing. I chose my favs of the 28 looks, and found it to be a pleasant mix of both color and muted hues that most anyone can wear.
Cut-outs, bows, peplum, yep. It’s every girly-girl’s dream collection, and the dress is once again the star. Don’t worry if you don’t like pink (a prominent color used throughout), there’s still plenty of gorgeous navy, gray, black and white (gasp!) and the most stunning pop of aquamarine I’ve ever seen. That pleated dress was made for redheads, folks (although it’s a color most anyone would wear amazingly well). I’m mainly saying this because I want, want, want.
A colorblocked sheath, a billowy navy frock (with subtle polka dots, perhaps?) with cut-out bracelet sleeves. This resort collection sends me back to daydreaming…and longing for an A-line skirt. All that’s missing in these shots are the amazing heels…you’ve got those, right?
P.S. I’m praying Erin shows her collection again at Fashion Week come September while I’m around…it’s my next shot of EF IRL! Peep-toes crossed…
