Chinti and Parker. I've gotta get my hands on some of this label - ohhhhh la la. I hate to quote McDonald's here, but I'm loving it. How does Olivia Palermo seem to get it right every time? (besides the fact that her body is made to wear any piece of clothing ever made...le sigh...) But she really does know how to put something together and look like she barely tried. We call that effortless chic, right?
Chinti and Parker made an exclusive sweater (a cool $480) for French boutique Colette (it won't be in the store until July), and it's the most gorgeous cobalt blue. I have to say, I adore the color as much as the sweater (it's available on their Web site in other colors as well). But, if it weren't for the pocket, I wouldn't be swooning all over. Simply adorable, and it pairs quite well with a simple pair of jeans. But, I could see myself wearing it with shorts this summer, or even slipping it on over a summer dress!
And just last weekend, Olivia wore the Chinti and Parker polka dot tank (in Moroccan Blue, $75) under a black jacket. The tank is made from 100-percent organic cotton, so that's an added bonus (I bet it's soft!)! Sometimes it's fun to splurge on items like this, and many times they end up being something you wear with just about everything else in your closet. I've found tanks to be a great closet staple and wear mine to pieces!
I don't know about you, but I'm gonna have to check out more of this label because it's already got me squealing...
