Happy Friday, chicettes! EEK, it's been a long week (got a sick lil' kiddo)...but let's focus on jewelry, shall we? You know me, when it comes to jewels (which also happens to be my nickname, gosh), I'd take any bracelet, any day. Heart. them. But when it comes to my other pieces, especially rings, I'm way more picky. Shrug.
I'm not going to wear just any ring (in fact, right now all I wear are my wedding/engagement rings, and sometimes a diamond David Yurman I received from Vogue...I know, right?). So, I was beyond thrilled (maybe squealed a bit?) that Alexis Russell makes rings I will wear. Til' death do us part. See, a "thing" I have about rings is they have to be stackable. One of my quirks I know, but just as my heels have to be a certain height (four inches min, pref), my rings have to stack. And that's just the way it goes.
Alexis makes all of her jewelry from recycled metals and conflict-free stones (and the hippie in me rejoices again!) with a price range in this particular collection of $38-$548. The dainty rose gold "hammered" style above is by far my fav. So irresistible and compatible with my wardrobe. But, the jeweled tones below sure are smiling back at me. D., are you reading this?
