Ouidad & Macarons? Yes, Please!
I just might have to splurge on something besides shoes, girls. I know, gasp. French macarons. Mmmm! Until about six months ago, can you believe I’d never tasted (err, or really heard of) such a thing? I know, me either. And now that they’re coupled with not only one of my fav brands, BUT one of my fav hair products of all time, it’s too good to be true. Ouidad meet Dana’s Bakery. Oui, Oui.
I’m truly dying because Dana’s Bakery has created a flavor inspired by the hair product: Ouidad Wave Create Sea Spray ($23). A box of 12 sea salt caramel macarons that retails for $30 (the first 100 people to purchase this month get a free sea spray!)…OR every Friday in July, if you’re lucky enough to be in NYC, you can visit the Ouidad Flagship Salon and receive comped champagne and a macaron. How’s that, lovelies? Fly me there this Friday?
And just so you know, I literally use the sea spray on my (already wavy) hair every night before bed. I love, love the sweet, lightweight scent and the spray makes it easy to just scrunch it through my just-outta-the-shower hair. I then take the blowdryer on warm to dry my bangs, then cool to set the spray all through my hair. Just for about five minutes though, then I’m done! This product is amazing, and doesn’t have the nasty chemicals (parabens, sulfates, silicone, synthetic dyes) that many products have (that get so much kudos? go figure).
P.S. Here’s a step-by-step post on how to get my beach waves…I’ve used other products from Ouidad, too! But, honestly, I do love the new Sea Spray the most.
