Whiny Wednesday: Prettiest Swaddle Award
If you’ve ever had a baby, you know swaddling can be a miracle. At least it was this way for little C. We owned just about every type of swaddle you could find, but ultimately went back again and again to a few of our favs. We used aden + anais swaddle blankets a good deal, but when I had little C. companies were just coming out with organic this and that. I’m so, so happy to say they sent baby L. a trio of their infamous cotton muslin swaddles in the organic version, and I can’t wait to try them in February. I have a feeling we’ll be using them pretty religiously!
I’ve been migrating to so much pink lately, I’m, actually very relieved to see that these come in the prettiest shade of lilac (with a touch of pink). The three-pack is $54.95, but you can also buy them in singles for just $26. The muslin is amazing because it’s so soft and breathable (which takes away the risk of overheating), and the best part is these blankets are HUGE, so you can wrap with no problem and they actually stay put (big plus). 😉 (I hate it when a swaddle is too small!) The generous size also means you can use these for so many other things…blanket…nursing cover…burp cloth (although they do have some pretty sweet ones of these as well).
And while the organic cotton collection is a tad bit pricier, as always, it’s way worth it. (We swaddled little C. until almost seven months, and these precious months are well worth the extra cost, trust.) I just know baby L’s gonna fall in love with these just like I have.
