Gift Guide (Part 2)…Happy Shopping!
As promised last week, here is the rest of our gift guide…squeal! Let’s go shopping! No, really, don’t you love finding gifts for others? It’s one of my fav things in life…I think I missed my calling as a buyer. I just adore picking out gifts for people, and pictured here are some of my favs this year for baby, women and men (they’re the hard ones, am I right?). But if anyone asks, you don’t have to tell them I Heart Heels sent ya, you can totally take the credit. 😉
1. Cara Mello Knit Money by Kathe Kruse ($29.90)
Let’s face it, babies don’t need much for their first Christmas. They won’t even remember it! But this sweet, hand-embroidered monkey is so soft with its knit body. It’s just waiting for lots of hugs! This is the perfect gift for any infant you’re buying for this season.
2. Best of Burt’s Bees ($14.99)
I love a good Burt’s Bees gift set. They’re so inexpensive, yet everyone loves Burt’s Bees. The gift sets always include so many products in them, too. This best of kit has the classics like Coconut Foot Cream, Almond Milk Beeswax Hand Cream and Lemon Butter Cuticle Cream. Alright, alright.
3. Tatcha Supple Skin Travel Duo ($58)
Seems strange maybe, but a good skincare set go earn so many extra points with a woman. Tatcha is a top-notch Japanese brand the skin will just drink up. This set includes a Supple Moisture Rich Silk Cream and Ageless Revitalizing Eye Cream. Just don’t gift this to someone who might take offense. Me? I’d be alllll about it.
4. Drybar Up, Up and Away Kit ($25)
Such a fun gift for the girls in your family, or even your friends! Everyone loves a great Drybar product and this travel set is TSA-friendly. It contains minis of Sake Bomb Conditioner, Detox Dry Shampoo and a Lil’ Lemon Drop. Just say no to jet-lagged hair and yes to this present for Christmas. It’s a good one!
5. Archipelago Peony Mason Jar Candle ($25)
Candles are so cliche, but an amazing present for the holidays, especially when it’s a really nice one from Archipelago. I could burn these all day! (err, but that wouldn’t be safe) This season I’m loving these really cool ones in Mason jars. It looks so clean and smells so fresh (there are many scents, but Peony is a fav!) – perfect for those teacher and friend gifts! It’s also made of more than 70-percent soy wax that burns longer and cleaner.
6. Geluxury Moisturizing Slippers ($49.95)
Wow! Who wouldn’t want animal-print slippers that hydrate your feet? I mean, really. These have a really neat SmartGel lining enriched with aloe, green tea and willow. They’re not even greasy and they last for hundreds of treatments. They’re great for dry skin and hurting feet, all you heel lovers! Just wear them for 20-30 minutes twice a week. I think anyone deserves these (wink).
7. LAB Series for Men Skincare Simplified Kit ($75)
This is for the luxe man, indeed. This kit includes face wash, shave cream and lotion in a nifty black bag. It’s the essential shaving kit from LAB Series that will really give your man a nice shave. If he’s at all into primping, he’s gonna love you for this one. Either way, you’ll love it!
8. Sephora Cologne Sampler ($60, $115 value!)
Can’t decide which scent to get your man this season? Just go with Sephora’s best-selling cologne sampler. It’s the ultimate men’s gift and even comes in a faux leather toiletry case. There are 12 samples of some really great scents: Burberry, Gucci, Lacoste, etc. This is the best way to buy for someone without having to choose the perfect scent…let him choose!
