How I Wore My Heels: Pop of Pink
I love summertime, but the heat here is OMG extreme, y’all. I’ve been living in shorts and dresses and that’s basically it. If I’m running just a few errands I’ll slap on some wedges likes these, but honestly if I’m toting kids around all day, I’ll wear either sandals or my sneaker wedges.
I’m a huge fan of these pink eyelet shorts from the Lilly Pulitzer for Target collab because hello, elastic – and tiny secret? I’m obsessed with pink. I find a great color contrast to be simply amazing. It says so much with so little effort. And that’s how I have to be with my crazy-busy schedule these days, ya know? (I’ll have updates soon with some exciting news!) And a simple tee is my BFF because no matter where I’m going or what I’m doing for the day, I can dress it up or down. Joe’s Jeans, I adore this one from you.
The wedges are from the Timo Weiland collab with Tsubo several years ago, but since I received them I haven’t been able to let go. They make such a statement and are actually really comfy. Last fashion week I wore them nearly every day. Hair flip.
And every fashion gal should have a great animal-print accessory that’s not too overdone. This clutch from J.Crew is a staple of mine and I love to add it unexpectedly to an outfit.
