The Loveliest Little Notes (Giveaway!)
Can I tell you something? Fancy paper products make me all giddy. It’s the Virgo in me, I swear. It could be anything from a hot pink napkin (I still swoon over the XOXO ones I used at baby L’s first birthday party!) to these beautifully monogrammed thank you notes from online etsy shop The Simple Perks.
I love supporting small businesses and people who are lovely at their craft. Kristin hails from my hometown and her paper shop is simply adorable. She sent me these hot pink monogrammed thank you notes and I’ve been using them to send notes to people “just because.” I think there’s something so special about the written note and it’s been lost with technology. Down south, we just like to call it good manners. Wink.
I was inspired by a neighbor who sent me a note via snail mail out of the blue and it felt so good to receive. Now, I vow to always drop little notes out of the blue myself (when time allows) to people who are important to me. Just to say I’m thinking of them. Sometimes in life it’s the little things…the simple perks.
