Bright Jeans For Spring...Still So, Very Chic

Before we jump into fall next week (next fall that is...you know it is Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week...so get ready!), let's get a little sentimental over spring, shall we? Ahhh....bright colors! While you shouldn't necessarily shy away from them in fall/winter, spring is just *bursting* with color (and not to mention the sun we've missed so much...although today down south it's supposed to be a balmy 70 degrees! is that right?! um, YES, I'll take it!)!

Earnest Sewn (a fav of the Olsens, I do believe) is launching their staple high-waisted skinny jean (Esra) in sooooo many beautiful colors for spring...help me, I'm dyyyyying over them! Neon Pink, Kelly Green, Blue (my fav), Orange and Red, will all hit stores in March...OR in mid-February you can pre-order them on the Web. (I do suggest - they might get snatched quick!) If you haven't leaped onto the bright-jeans-bandwagon just yet, these are a great pair to get started. Pretty darn tempted myself...

What's On Your Leap List?

Everyone has something to "leap" towards in life, and lucky for me, as I sat down to write this post, I couldn't honestly think of too many leaps for this Leap Year of 2012 - it's gonna be a year of stability, I think. Obviously, leaping is a great thing - we need to grow and change and accomplish. But, as I referenced Honda's leap list, I realized, wow. I've graduated college, gotten married, settled down, bought a (dream) house, had a baby, started this "job/business" I love and just turned 30 last year. I have a lot to be thankful for, folks (including you!)...so what could possibly be on my leap list for this year, I asked myself??

While I do consider exercise important in my life, I don't necessarily want to run a marathon. And while I do wish I cooked more often, I'm pretty fine with my current skills. I think the next great leap is in this very arena - this "blogging world" of mine. I wanna be published in a national magazine. Sure, that's pretty specific, and maybe a tad annoying, but I Heart Heels turns four this year and - omigosh - would I break down in tears if ever were I to see those three words in national print. Before that happens, I'm gonna need to:

*work on some "legal stuff" (that's what I call it, haha)

*fine-tune more of my photography skills (my new lens is a beaut!)

*brainstorm new ideas

Blogging is lots of hard work, and I need to stay on top of my game in order to meet my goals. My mom always said to me, "fail to plan; plan to fail." So, here we go, 2012! I'm running full steam ahead in my peep-toes and not looking back....wish me luck and I hope you make a "leap list" of your very own! xo

Beauty Sleep 101

I haven't had a good night's sleep in almost three years...yep, that's when I became pregnant. Three years ago. While it's been a looooong three years of a little boy who doesn't exactly like his sleep (maybe someday?), I wouldn't change one bit of it (well, maybe I would wish for a little more shut-eye...I prob get 5-7 hours?). In the meantime, I've found ways to help me cope. I've been using a sample of Neal's Yard Remedies Beauty Sleep Concentrate (which is 90-percent organic), and loving every sleep-inducing second of it. Yep, that's right. I'm faking a good night's sleep, y'all.

It's chock full of all kinds of aromatherapy oils (sunflower, cypress, Clary sage, eek!) and let me tell you...these are so calming. I've learned to put a few pumps of the lotion-type ointment on my face about 30 minutes before bedtime...too early and I literally start to fade! Too late and I've found it doesn't work so well. I like to massage it onto my face in a slow, circular motion and it's really sorta meditative. No, really.

The daffodil extract in the formula works to help damaged skin rejuvenate and recover (ha, nice way of putting it, eh?). And the amino acids minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles (which I can't attest to just yet because honestly I don't have many of these yet at 30...but I'm all about getting ahead of the game!). It's also been proven in clinical trials to increase moisture levels by up to 98 percent over 12 hours. Hey, if that's not enough convincing what is, right? With just three pumps before bedtime, it's one of those products sure to last awhile, too. Bonus.

Barbara Bui, You Complete Me

And alllll of a sudden I feel the sudden urge to scoop up a pair of Barbara Bui pumps. Ok, fine. The turquoise suede pumps shown here on Emmy Rossum, to be exact. I have a weakness, indeed, for suede pumps. I own them in a multitude of hues (turquoise, you are my next culprit!), and love them all to pieces. For some reason, suede just looks classier to me on a shoe, and you can never, ever go wrong with a classic pump. Don't ever doubt the pump. Therefore, you can and should own every hue ever possibly made - bonus for owning every one made by Barbara Bui. Her shoes are hot.

P.S. Happy Friday, chicettes! I hope you enjoy your last blistery-cold weekend of January. I, for one, can't wait to skip forward to February, so we can, of course, make it to March. Baby steps, I know....whatever you do, make those feet chic! xo (oh, and just received word the dress here is by Nicole Miller...fabulous-ity indeed!)

First Look! alice + olivia Spring

Spring is about to, well, spring! I was sooooo excited (yes, squealing) when I laid my eyes on the first round of spring for alice + olivia. You know a+o just so happens to be a fav label of mine, so to see the blue! the green! the sequins! (yes, you can't have an a+o collection without sequins...) Well, I was giddy.

Blue and green are two of this redhead's fav hues, and I think these pieces are going to look gorgeous on me, thanks. :) We're seeing a lot of one-shoulder pieces for spring, so it's time to work those shoulders! And a+o has always been famous for pants (where do you think designer Stacey Bendet got her nickname staceypants??), so be prepared to have a complete fashion omg-moment when you try these suckers on for the first time. (p.s. you can't have the green ones - they're mine!)

But, seriously, the draping on these garments is outstanding. So much that it makes me wanna take a romantic spring getaway and wear nothing but alice + olivia. Don't tempt me.

The fall 2012 fashion week shows are approaching (less than two weeks!), and while I personally won't be attending this season (brrrr...too COLD!), I Heart Heels will have some amazing coverage with a team of Fashion Week correspondents (Tiffany, Thao and Sarah, to name a few!). About a month ago, I had the opportunity to try out the Kardashian Kollection at Sears with my ad network, Glam Media. Whiny Wednesday: Ali Landry Stops By

One of my fav parts about I Heart Heels, is being able to chat with "celebrities." But, you know what? Most of them, they don't even seem like celebrities at all - just real people who are so amazingly good at what they do. And that's Ali Landry to a tee.

The former Miss USA is pretty much doing it all - wife, mom of two (her youngest is just three months old and sleeping 'til 7 a.m...jealous, anyone?), fashion designer, TV personality/model and now add both Web site founder and reality TV star to her list. Whew, you can imagine the honor for me to be able to chat with her on my cell. (And, yes, she was as friendly as a BFF.) Did I mention she's southern (straight from small-town Louisiana)? So, yep, we clicked just fine, y'all.

She calls growing up in a small town like "one-stop shopping" where everyone lives close by, including aunts and uncles, and it was always easy to visit with everyone. And while she's sad she can't give that to her children, Ali says both Estela (her 4-year-old-daughter) and Marcelo (her 3-month-old-son) are both "excellent" travelers. Being a mom has always been Ali's "purpose on earth," she tells me. "I enjoy everything else, but I've always felt this was my purpose."

So much that Ali's made a real business out that "mom space" (as she calls it) - she loves to connect with other moms. Most recently she started a new venture called SpokesMoms.com, a Web site for moms with product reviews to help them make more informed choices when buying baby and child products. "[I love] to support other moms and connect with them."

And connecting with other (Hollywood) moms is exactly where you will find Ali come March 5 on The TV Guide Network when she debuts the first of five episodes of Hollywood Girls Night, which she hosts along with Alison Sweeney. It's an inside look at their monthly girls' night potluck (which they made a tradition two years ago), and there are different celebrity guests on each show.

Ali's children's line, Belle Parish, has grown larger than she could ever imagine. The label, inspired by her southern upbringing, is currently in the process of being licensed out to department stores. "It started out in my garage and it's now a lot of work. I have so many other projects, so I have to let someone take care of the daily aspects and take it to the next level." The line has been such a hit, it even showed during fashion week in New York last year.

And as far as what Ali's wearing these days? "Boots every day," she laughs. She does admit she gets to wear heels for date nights with her husband as well as meetings and events, but for everyday, "it's all about comfort - and still trying to look cute." At only three months postpartum, Ali only has 10 more pounds of baby weight to go (she's been in the gym twice a week with intense core/circuit routines), and tells me she and her husband Alejandro started a cleanse of proteins, veggies and salads just after the new year to get her to a March weight loss goal for a family trip. "[Alejandro and I] have to eat the same thing, so it's really nice to have each other as a support system."

With so much to do and so little time, how does Ali balance it all without going insane? She simply laughs with "I don't know." "It takes a village; my husband and I are a team, and there are lots of people who help us. Unfortunately my job isn't a 9-5, it's 24/7, so my office is wherever I am. [Right now] I'm busy, busy and really trying to sort of find a balance where I can give a little bit to everybody and still have something for myself at the end of the day." We hear ya, Ali.

Living in My Lucy Activewear

I'm a Pilates junkie - ok, there I said it. I always wanted to find my "exercise niche," but never quite could. I get out of breath if I try to run a whole five minutes (embarrassing, I know, I'm pouring my heart out here); free weights completely bore me (although I know they're necessary) and I'm just not very disciplined to walk on the treadmill (oh, and I'm kinda lousy at swimming - although I own a pool...go figure). So, when I discovered Pilates my heart skipped beat (ok, yes, literally, it was so hard at first). I've been practicing for about four years now, and it never fails to challenge me - that's why I love it so.

I used to attend three days a week, now it's two and I'm juuuuust about to ramp it back up to four times a week. With that being said, these are some of my new fav pants! I received a sample of the Lucy Activewear Lotus Power Pants ($89), and haven't looked back. The stomach series is so amazingly fun now! Ok, I'm lying on that one. But, really and honestly, these pants are GREAT. Why exactly?

Appearance: I truly adore the "asphalt" heather gray hue...I'm a sucker for wearing black, and these are the prettiest (most flattering alternative) out there. The sleek straight leg is also (surprisingly!) cute - what a nice change from all of the bootcuts I own. There's also a cute little pocket inside for your locker key...aww, adorable.

Fit: Most important right? According to the size chart, I wear a small, but I know better than that. Workout gear naturally runs smaller, so I opted for the medium, and hello. So glad I did! (these are def body-hugging!) The fit is absolutely perfect, and they are super flattering...I love the way they feel, too.

Performance: Probably the best part about these pants - they don't move! They're meant to hug the body (in a comfy way), so they're ideal for when you "roll like a ball" or practice your "downward dog" (yoga fans). I also took these for a spin on the treadmill (yes, I hate it, but it's oh-so-necessary) and they are amazing for high-intensity runs (or even low, in my case, ha). With that being said, the fabric is moisture wicking so you don't feel all gross when you're finished. Eww.

Yes, they're a tad pricier than some pants you'll find at larger chain stores, but these are money well spent. I promise you I'll have these around for years to come instead of buying gazillions of other lower-priced (not so quality) pants. And I'll look cuter, too. :) Oh, I think I could live in Lucy!

Are You A Total Rock Star?

This weekend I had fun playing around with my "rockstar" look. Can you say squeal?? THIS is what I came up! It's by no means Katy Perry-inspired or even Gwen Stefani. I realize. It's all me (The Notorious JLC, as I used to be call myself, ha) - it's my very own "Total Rock Star Look," inspired by the new launch of Rock & Republic at Kohl's. Yes, the line's launching at Kohl's and how freaking excited am I? I can't even.

I'm sure you're dying to know all the details, so lemme explain how you can "get the look," (as all those repetitive press releases I receive say):

A. Sleek and shiny hair - and the key is sleek! I usually use a round brush to blowdry just after I apply a de-frizzing serum. (And don't tell a soul, but I ran out of shampoo and have been using D's drugstore version, and I actually LIKE it!)

B. Huge earrings - Rock stars love accessories, right? The easiest way to pump things up is to add a great pair of earrings - and large ones stand out more for those of you with long tresses like me.

C. Comfy sweater - Ok, I admit this isn't so much rock star, as essential. You must feel good in what you're wearing, so this sweater is def that for me. And the longer length is great for those tighter pants you own (you know you do...)

D. Crossbody Purse - Own one with lots of zippers like this one and the rock star in you radiates. Extra points for snakeskin, like this one.

E. Skinny jeans - Every rock star owns them, that's why you must rock them. They're way too easy to pair with what comes next...

F. Sky-high wedges - Let's pause here and give thanks for our wedges. H to the ello. When I think rock star, I automatically think of knee-high boots and I hold these suede ones near and dear to my heart.

Bonus - Add a leather jacket (as in in the last photo) to really add that rock star edge. Cliché? Maybe. But, totally chic.

Wedges, Oh My!

Before we know it, spring will be here (it's practically been spring down south all winter anyway!), so I just had to give you a sneak peek at some of the hottest spring wedges. Yep, wedges are here to stay - and that makes this girl squeal with happiness!

The gorgeous pairs just above and just below are from Plenty by Tracy Reese. Now, TR's one of my all-time fav designers, so obvi her shoes are cute to boot. The Tess Wedge above is on my spring must-have list. Who can resist a cork wedge, and this one is waaaaay above anything else because it has that black stitching and blue and black stripe...love, love, love! The Nikita Wedge below is one of the prettiest I've laid eyes on, and trust me, that's a lot. (by the way, her wedges come in several amazing colors!)

Next up? Luxury Rebel. Girl. I can't tell you how much I adore this line of shoes...like, WHOA. This blue one here is the Selma and I'm pretty sure she would perk up anyone's feet. There are several hues, but this bright blue one is my fav - such a beautiful shade that looks great with brown or black! The Carol Wedge is a t-strap - one of my fav styles, plus it has a peep-toe (a weakness of mine). Let's give a round of applause, don't these beauties deserve it? ;)

Be A Bombshell

I know, I know. Everyone wants to be a bombshell (or at least feel like one, right?). Well, I'm proud to say I've been channeling my inner bombshell (who knew?) the past few weeks by trying out Be A Bombshell Cosmetics. Now, what's cool for me, is that the founders are from my very own city down south and just started the company last year. Kudos to them - what a cute idea!

Basically, these lovelies are producing high-quality makeup at a much lower cost, but besides being able to shop online for your products, you can fill out a beauty profile to get started. That way they can send you an email each month with products chosen just for you! Don't you just love personalization? Especially when it comes to picking out your fav makeup, right?

I've been trying out the mascara and eyeliner because those are two things I can never go without. When I go without one or the other, I feel completely naked (and not like a bombshell). So I'm proud to say their mascara (in Onyx, a beautiful black) has passed my rigorous test - and it's just $11.95! The eyeliner is pretty amazing as well (also in Onyx, $11.95) - it's like a little crayon or marker that goes on super-easy around the eye. Just be really careful with those shaky hands (or have your concealer) ready as this stuff stays realllllly put! The line also carries blush, eye shadow and lip gloss, so be sure to check those out as well - I'm sure they're very bombshell-worthy.

The PAYNE collection

This is the PAYNE collection, modeled by the founder and designer Heather Payne (yikes, she's gorgeous, right?!). Obviously, if I could look like her in every, single one of these outfits/poses, I would be all fine and dandy. But alas...there's real life. And even so, I would die to wear something like this when I work on my fitness every week.

I hate to say this, but the clichest (is that a word?) resolution of them all has become mine this year. You betcha, I wanna lose weight. I won't bother you with all the boring details, but is it just too much to ask to want my clothes to fit better (or slightly loose?)? I've already decided I'm upping my Pilates routine to four times a week (instead of twice), so obvi I'm gonna need more outfits like these. I do admit, the last one's a liiiiittle edgy for this mama, but the other styles are so me.

I wanna feel good working out (did I mention I refuse to wear a T-shirt to the gym? not happening here...)! And I love that these "outfits" would probably work for both my Pilates and cardio. Can I get a "you go girl, please?" Running out the door right. about. NOW...

Rachel McAdams Wears Brian Atwood

While shoe designer Brian Atwood's most well-known for his popular platform pump, the Maniac, looks like someone's stealing all the thunder. Introducing Grace, your new BFF. She's nude and black (a fav shoe hue combo of mine) and ruffly all over. Let me squeal a thousand times over! And how well does The Vow darling Rachel McAdams wear them in London? Oh, so very well!

(Now that I've regained my composure), this shoe's from the Fall 2011 collection (praying my size is left!) and obviously it's a scene-stealer. I love to wear fun on my feet - love it! After all, that's what's most fun about shoes...you never change sizes. Ruffles are the most fun of all, and unless they're on my feet, I probably won't wear them (not exactly flattering elsewhere). This shoe sorta reminds me of those dresses that are short in the front with a sweeping train in the back. Love those, no?

I'm dreaming of a place in my closet just for these jewels. Dreams do come true right?! Tell me they do, tell me they do...

Pyrrha Necklaces Make Our Hearts Race

I've awaited a necklace for so long now that has meaning...substance, if you will. And something that looks old and medieval, striking. A necklace that might look pretty amazing layered with others and like something that you found at the back of your grandmother's jewelry box (and even though you didn't it still has an amazing story behind it). Introducing Pyrrha, my new jewelry crush.

The company offers handmade "wax seal" jewelry by casting 19th-century wax seals into meaningful pieces of jewelry (aka art). Sterling silver, bronze or 14kt gold, each has a unique meaning. Josie Natori for Target

Valentine's Day is approaching chicettes, so it's time to get all mushy and such. Oh, spare me. Do you like the holiday? I mean, I guess I like it so-so (hey, I get to go out to dinner and get a card with lots of pretty hearts on it!), but I think it's especially important to love those you're close to all year. So this day is just kinda one of those reminders, perhaps.

I was waltzing down the Target aisle just the other day (yep, I waltz when I'm in Target...love that store!) when lo and behold I saw the second installment of the Josie Natori for Target collection. I must admit I've never bought my lingerie at Target, but things have changed, folks. I love this line! I was already a Josie Natori fan, but I think this collection is super-fine-quality and at an affordable price ($9.99-$34.99...and many are on sale online now!). Not to mention, everything is cute-as-button-adorable. I actually received a sample of the black/grey snakeskin-print leggings above ($29.99...shown with the sleep tee that's $19.99), and can I tell you I'm hooked? They're like buttah (um, that's butter) on the skin, and I must admit I've lounged in them a little too much around the house lately.

What's more? I've been wearing them as what they are...leggings! Some of you might balk at this, but these are totally cute enough to wear out with a long cardi (I actually wore them with this BCBG cardi this past weekend) and a pair of riding boots. Just make sure whatever you wear them with, it's pretty muted and tame (they are snakeskin-print, after all).

Whiny Wednesday: The Honest Company

By now you know how (slightly, ok reallllly) obsessed I am with Jessica Alba. She's chic. She's a mom. She's eco-friendly. The girl can do anything in my books! So how freaking excited was I to get the email yesterday that her new project The Honest Company has officially launched. Squeal, moms, squeal!!!!

When I heard about this new company way back when I couldn't wait, wait, wait. To be honest, I've been using Huggies organic diapers because they're the best thing I could find that's out there (I tried Seventh Generation more than once and they leaked on us every, single time! Granted, we are religious users of the wipes at the moment.). But, Huggies doesn't claim any of the amazing features of the Honest diapers (although we have been pretty satisfied with the quality and performance so far): plant-based (no petrochemicals); no added chemicals; chlorine-free, etc, etc. I'm not exactly sure what we're getting, you know what I mean? So I'm really hoping to test out the Honest diapers and wipes soon. (ok, fine, and it does maybe help that you get to pick a cute "pattern" for your girl or boy)

But the company goes beyond just diapers and wipes (which can be delivered to you each month, by the way!). There's shampoo/conditioner; lotion; healing balm; hand soap; bubble bath; body oil; sunscreen (!); hand sanitizer...and get this! Dish soap/detergent; surface cleaner and laundry detergent. If you follow me on Twitter, you'll remember my short (ok, it wasn't short) rant about trying to find chemical-free detergent. I visited a zillion stores (including Whole Foods) to no avail (I actually did end up finding one that has since been discontinued...ugh). So, this made me put on my "happy face," as little C. would say.

Right now, Honest.com is having a "free trial," which means you only pay the $4.95 in shipping to sample the products. So I'm highly considering this at the moment. (It's around $80 a month for a diaper/wipe bundle.) Cute, non-toxic, convenient and, well, just plain honest! Ms. Alba knows a thing or two about what she's doing, dontcha think?

Jessica Alba's Head-to-Toe Look

I know I post on Jessica Alba entirely too much, but she's just so darn stylish, y'all! This time, I've got alllll of the deets on a head-to-toe look for her, and the "toe" part is my absolute fav (hello, duh). We'll start with those first...the ALDO Odens wedge ($80) in cognac is so, so pretty with a pair of flare jeans. Um, like these! They're the J Brand Bianca High-Rise Skinny Flares in Monaco, and I do truly adore. Tuck in a sweet shirt to show off that waist...that's what high-rise jeans are all about, right? Speaking of a sweet shirt, this one is the Iriana top in Khaki Shore Riptide from the Spring 2012 Tory Burch collection.

And remember that Giles & Brother fine trove necklace ($235) I told you about the other day? Well, she wore it yet again...told you it goes with everything. But, back to the wedges...I'm gonna need those in time for spring (whistling...)!

Haute Hippie Spring 2012: So Much Romance

When I laid my eyes upon the spring collection for Haute Hippie, I had to do a double take. *This* is what spring is all about, chicettes. Romance. Self discovery. Hope. A free-spirited bohemian aesthetic emerges to meet a chic, sophisticated, rock ‘n’ roll sensibility that makes perfect sense for the happy-go-lucky label.

1970’s polka dot pieces interplay with chevron stripe knits and I have to say, I love every bit of it. Tailored pieces contrast with lavish, silk chiffon numbers, and honestly I don't discriminate over any of it. Let me wear it all! The bottom photo introduces "chessories" (accessories for the chest...aka true statement pieces). And a tiered ostrich feather ball-gown? Well, I don't have anywhere to wear it, but nevertheless, still completely crush on it.

Don't forget the delicate lace dresses and skirts as well as floral prints, sweeping lines and cascading fabric we all heart so much every spring. Tailored dresses full of movement (with a focus on fringe!) make us all feel young and carefree again (and hello, I totally need that in my life right now!).

Mosaic tile prints, jacquard sweaters, sequins, suede macramé dresses. It all equals luxury, and it makes me want to live my life to the fullest...in Haute Hippe, that is.

How I Wore My Heels: Family Time

This weekend was all about family time - my in-laws were in town and we got to visit quite a bit and go out to dinner (um, and can you tell it's been way sunny??). One of my sister-in-laws has a new baby A. and I was excited for her to join us (although she slept the entire time!). little C. was an angel (duh) and I got to wear my comfiest, coziest new blue sweater I swept up during a post-Christmas BCBG sale. Well, hello there! I do admit I didn't wear these heels the entire day - that's what black riding boots are great for, right? This is a great outfit for dressing up or down - and perfect for hanging out and relaxing with the fam. Ahhh....gotta love a free babysitter! :)

Here's how I wore my heels:

* Blue silk/cashmere sweater by BCBG Max Azria (This was on sale for $80...normally retails for more than $250...eek! I love it because it's long, super-soft and bright blue...a redhead's best friend!)

* Black zipper leggings gifted by Radenroro (love how slinky these are...you prob can't tell but they have a bit of shine to them, which makes them great for nighttime!)

* Black lace camisole by BCBG Max Azria (I've had this for years - found it at a sale for just $17. I love me a great BCBG bargain, obvi.)

* Earrings by Kardashan Kollection for Sears (I love how big these are - and trendy. But, I must admit they're a little heavy and I can only wear them every other day. Such a weakling, I know.)

* Floral clutch gifted by Accessorize (What a great way to add interest...floral! Instead of a texture or color, use floral to mix things up. I love how inexpensive, yet so on trend everything is from Accessorize!)

* Black suede pumps by BCBGeneration from TJ Maxx (I loooove this younger, more modern (less expensive!) line from the BCBG brand. Look for more with this brand soon...I hope to collab with them...squeal!

Kirstin Dunst Sweetly Chic in Dior

I just can't resist a fabulous photo of Miss Kirstin Dunst. She's been off the "scene" for so long, it's great to have her back - and chicer than ever. People have told me I look just like her since I first started college (I honestly think it was the red hair in Spiderman, but whatever), so I've always been destined to have a "girl crush" on her.

Right now, she's the female lead in Melancholia, so she's been making the promotion rounds. I think she really nailed it in this black dress by Dior. Slightly avant garde (as KD's style tends to be...she's a major Rodarte fan, after all), yet in a playful way. The bow details and tulle around the bottom lend a sweet and sexy vibe. Plus, with that messy side ponytail (everyone's doing it!) and ankle-strap peep-toes, I wanna be her. Love, love and love.

Habitual Gets Candy-Color-Coated for Spring

This just in on this lovely Friday! Spring is inching closer and closer. Ok, ok. It's still months away, but brands are beginning to get all-things-spring in stock (yes, already) and it's making me quite giddy. Coated jeans are the hottest style right now (still kicking myself for not trying them out yet...on "the list," I swear) and Habitual has some great new spring colors being released. So fun!

While I'm such a green fan, I feel it's a tad "Oompa Loompa," so I'm leaning towards the blue, greys and even purples (while somewhat outrageous, it's still a very muted tone and, thus, pretty darn flattering). If you haven't already, let's all make a pact to try a pair of colored & coated jeans this spring. So sugary-sweet, I can't wait! They're gonna look amazing with all those cork wedges from the closet (squeal!!!).

Label We Heart: Never Fully Dressed

If I were a floral dress, this is one I would be. No, really. I don't often wanna be a floral dress, per se, but the way the sun's shining here and the 60-degree-weather's beaming down on me...today I wanna be this floral dress. New label for ya, check it. It's called Never Fully Dressed, and I adore it. It's sorta the closet I always wanted to have, but am a little timid to try. After all, floral, pleats and candy-apple-red, oh my!

I didn't say it was for the conservative dresser - it's for those willing to take a slight fashion risk and try something different. A twist on something classic. Boho dress gone floral crazy...maxi skirt with added pleats (which is so on-trend right now, by the way)...a tuxedo jacket that's (gasp) cropped and a little asymmetrical. Every closet needs a touch of this, and by adding just a piece or two at a time, it won't be so intimidating. The LBD is so yesterday.

Stuart Weitzman Makes Us Swoon

Here's something to perk up those afternoon doldrums...yawn. Are you looking?! Do you see what I see? Insert whistle here...I'm having a hard time not whipping out my credit card right now. I was actually going to devote an entire post to the Mary Janes above (they come in a heart-stealing mint green as well), but then I received notice of the colorblock, strappy darlings below. And holy heels, I couldn't help but include them as well.

Did you watch the People's Choice Awards last night? I admit I lost interest a little bit...I'm holding out on one of my favs of the awards season - the Golden Globes Awards. Rest assured, I'll be live tweeting that red carpet event! Of course, the stars are already prepping for Sunday's awards show (major jealous...we were invited to an Aruna Seth shoe preview and had to turn it down - it was so tempting to hop on that plane!).

Jessica Lowndes is having a little pre-awards fun and stopped by the Forevermark/InStyle "A Promise of Beauty and Brilliance" event this week at the Beverly Hills Hotel wearing this stunning purple Lela Rose dress with a pair of pretty ankle-strap peep-toes. I love the sleek 'do, and how well this dress fits her. So many times celebs wear ill-fitting numbers, and this belted style with embellishment at the bottom def suits her. And it seems like a dress that would flatter most everyone. Hey, Lela, can I borrow this, please?

Sometimes I think to myself, if I could look like Kate Beckinsale, life would be so much easier. (Ok, and then I come back to earth and realize I have it pretty darn good.) But, despite making my life easier, I wouldn't mind looking like Kate Beckinsale. I mean, goodness gracious. She wore this sequin Donna Karan pre-fall (2012, natch) gown to The Late Show with David Letterman this week.

How is that for inspiring you to head to the gym, huh? I must admit I never wear one-shoulder dresses, sequins or this (sometimes awkward) length. And I'm honestly not sure how many of us can get away with it? Give me just a few more of those planks and Pilates push-ups I've been serving up and don't put it past me to pull this sucker out at my next red carpet event. Hmph, and you think I'm kidding...

Sanctuary Charmer Skinny Jeans...in RED!

Red jeans. All of a sudden I need a pair. I've been searching for the perfect one, and now that I've come across these (on fellow redhead Isla Fisher, no less), I'm sold. Aren't they pretty? I wasn't sure about red with my hair at first, but now that I see them on Isla, I think to myself. YES, you can rock them. Have you ever felt timid about a trend like that, too? Silly, perhaps, but sometimes it's fun to take a risk. And since these are actually labeled "rust' I think they are a more doable shade of red.

They're the Sanctuary Charmer Skinny Jean ($139) and they've stolen my heart. Be still, be still. Oof. I'm already a sucker for anything Sanctuary, and a red skinny jean would look pretty darn amazing with lotsa black (flowy top, riding boots...hello). Um, and now that I look, I probably wouldn't mind the Dark Royal hue, either. Just sayin'.

DIGS: Done in Great Style

DIGS (which stands for Done In Great Style...obvi) just opened a flagship locale at 248 Lafayette in NY and launched a newly-designed e-commerce site where you can shop 'til your little heart's content.

DIGS is exciting because it has all of the chicness factor, with none of the broke factor, if ya catch my drift. It's actually affordable, in other words! Yet, you can still be on trend and feel like you're getting something for your money. If you're lucky enough to visit the store, it's very lush and lounge-like with European-inspired furniture, elegant chandeliers and a signature black-and-white wallpaper. Plus, all furnishings are for sale! (aww, I think I'll BUY this chair I've been resting on here, you think to yourself...)

I love all of the "collections" and especially the faux leather jacket here from the "Royal Digs" collection. (And according to the size chart, I wear a size "S," so I'm extra-loving this company, ha!) Can you believe the sweater underneath is actually attached? Talk about getting dressed easily in the morning...voila! There are some great jackets, and you should also browse the accessories. No shoes, but hey. You've got plenty of those already in your closet, right?! Lemme know what you find...

How I Wore My Heels: The New Year

I can't believe it's 2012, eek! Time flies when you're shopping, right?! As you know, I took a little New Year's weekend trip and spent a tad bit of time in a fav store of mine...Barneys New York (although, it was in Dallas and not New York, sigh...September awaits me!).

I headed straight for the Rag & Bone, since it's a brand I so dearly love. I found a pair of jeans at the beloved Warehouse Sale a few years ago and haven't looked back (yep, I tried them on in that teeny little sample sale corner with the rest of the unashamed folk...ugh). Every time I see something I love on a rack, yep, it's Rag & Bone. So, when I saw this shirtdress (called "The Shirt"), I couldn't help but try it on instantly. It's not me at all, really. In fact, I stared in the mirror in the dressing room forever until I had to get the saleslady's opinion upon which she insisted I could wear it with leggings or without. I never really buy (a) blousy dresses or (b) longer dresses. But, I do, in fact, think it works. And it's the softest Tencel around. The drawstring addition makes it comfy and New Year's-worthy.

* Nude/black heels by Jean-Michel Cazabat (I mentioned these in my post last week...Solange Knowles owns them and so does blogger Brooklyn Blonde! I love these without leggings, too, but it was just too incredibly cold out today!! P.S. The nude part is patent and they fit so comfy, like a boot.)

Ashley Tisdale in ASH Riding Boots

Hey, look! It's Ash wearing ASH! Sorry, I really couldn't resist. I thought I'd show you this today because I cheated a little on my heels this weekend and wore my black riding boots (ok, not allll weekend). A shoe closet staple is a pair of these, lovelies. You can't get through the fall/winter without a pair...simply put. They're the weekend shoe and I love pairing them with a dress just as Ashley Tisdale does here.

L.A. folks are odd in that they can wear a dress...with boots...with a scarf - and somehow not look odd. Granted, there would be stares around here, so I usually slip on leggings or at least a denim legging with mine. The boots here are the Scott black leather distressed and, psst. They're on sale now for $230! That zipper...that rugged charm...it's mighty tempting, if I don't say so myself...

My New Workout Obsession

Hope you all had a fabulous weekend! As soon as I got a break, I hopped on over to TJ Maxx for some shopping...for absolutely nothing in particular. Don't you love those shopping trips? Lately, it seems every time I visit TJ Maxx I wipe out the activewear department (that's, of course, after I do plenty of damage to the shoes and peruse the purses, both of which I don't need at all!).

This weekend I was SUPER excited to spot a pair of Tummy Control Boot Cut Pants from The Girls. They normally retail for $36.99 and I found them for $16.99. Yep, I was squealing in the aisle. Not only for the deal, but the fact that I've been dying to try these pants for quite some time now. Practically every celeb who works out (ok, all of them) owns a pair of The Girls (Nicole Richie, Lauren Conrad, Whitney Port, Reese Witherspoon...and, of course, Katie Holmes! She wore the Sara Slim Legging ($29.99) to dance practice last week, and I've actually seen photos of her wearing them with cute sweaters and boots around town as well. Obvi my next acquirement must be the Sara Slim Legging.

But, I won't jump ahead...I'm gonna enjoy what I've got right now! The minute I put on my black boot cut pair at home (I hate trying on at the store, unless I have to...ugh), I fell in love. YES. They make me look amazing with that tummy control panel, but guess what? They were instant comfort, and so I'm wearing them today for Pilates - yipppeee!! Now I can look slim while I'm trying to work off all those cookies I ate over the holidays. Le sigh...I'll let ya know how that goes.

P.S. I also bought this super-cute Splendid cropped sweatshirt in a pale pink to wear over all of my workout tops. It pretty much transforms everything to make me look more finished when I'm running all those errands around town, still in my workout gear. ;)

Yoana Baraschi Gets Us Ready For Spring

We were so, so sad to have to miss the spring/summer preview back in October for Yoana Baraschi's latest collection. Insert huge sad face. Because in all honesty, she's one of our absolute fav designers. So...insert jumping for JOY...when we were sent the lookbook to peruse all of the goodies. Granted, not nearly the same as seeing them in person. But, hey, each one of these pieces cheered up my day, for certain. Aren't they completely cheery and begging to be worn for spring?

From the looks of things, shorts are going to be HOT. And not just any shorts...the prettiest, most amazing shorts you could ever lay eyes on...ya know, those kind of shorts. Pair them with a tank and blazer and voila! The quintessential spring outfit a la Yoana Baraschi. Pretty pastels, lots of eyelet and lace - everything girly we could expect from YB. My closet includes a little bit of YB here and there (her dresses are a must and look absolutely lovely on!), but if I don't add something from this particular collection, I'll go crazy. Want. Need. Now. (ok, in just a couple more months!!)

P.S. I wanna wear a side ponytail just like this model. SWOON.

Aloha Athleta! 2012 Spring/Summer Collection

We can certainly look forward to a whole lot of fun mix ‘n’ match pieces this season. I don’t know about you, but nothing makes me feel sexier on the beach than a great swimsuit! To Own a Pair of Current/Elliott

Would it be completely terrible of me to say one of my New Year's resolutions is to own a pair of Current/Elliott jeans? Don't hate me, but it's true. I've tried jeans left and right, and the next pair I buy will more than likely be of pair of CE's (I was fondling every pair I saw at Barneys over the weekend, but alas...I just couldn't decide!). What's crazy is just yesterday I almost tried on this exact pair shown here in red (they look very similar, anyway...)!

You probably don't recognize her here, but it's Olivia Wilde (gasp!) doing her thing in the Current/Elliott ankle skinny in Oregano Boa. I love all of the layering (hello, practical, too...she's in New York, after all!), and everyone must own a pair of black riding boots exactly for an outfit like this. I'm not necessarily a huge fan of baseball caps, but look. It's Olivia Wilde, and she gets away with it (obvi, it's a great disguise). Now, back to the skinnies...aren't they adorable? This is the year folks, this is the year. Current/Elliott - you're mine.

Shoe Site "Love Be Loved" Launches

When I discover a brand-new concept, I get all giddy with excitement. I get so tired of the same Web sites doing the same thing...I mean, don't you? (Hopefully, I Heart Heels provides you with this uniqueness as well!) That's why I wanna let you know about Love Be Loved. It's made specifically for you to save on shoes (ok, already sold) simply by you telling your friends on Facebook. Basically, "share the love" and save. No, really. It's that easy!

The site just launched last month, so there aren't a ton of style options just yet (give them time!), but I can't tell you how much I squealed when I saw these boots were on there from Chinese Laundry...for just $70 after the discount. (Remember my post on the ever-amazing Turbo boots?!) These "Top" boots are over-the-knee (but not in a trashy way at all), and I can't really tell you how they're different from the Turbo boot I love so much...it's pretty much the same boot. Let's Get Real

It's time to get real...sigh. I know, it's so, so cliche. But, by the time the holidays are completely dunzo, I've finished off the "old year" with nothing but a terrible diet and a bellyache. My real resolution this year is to eat healthier. Call me lame, but I rather enjoy it when my (plethora of) clothes fit correctly, and there's always a noticeable difference in my skin. Love that, especially.

I'm pretty darn excited that I've discovered Tropicana's new line of juice beverages: Trop50. Why do I love it so? It has 50 percent less calories (important for my weight loss goal of the New Year), uses no artificial sweeteners and, most of all, has 50 percent less sugar. That's a big wow for me because sugar has always affected my body in the worst way. Whiny Wednesday: B. Toys

I think after the huge birthday/Christmas present sweep of December, little C. now owns just about every toy from B. Toys. No, really. My obsession started when our local Barnes & Noble started carrying the line (we go to the "bookstore" just about every week), and for his first birthday he received a few of the wind-up cars as a gift. Fast forward a year, and whoa mamas. When I found out the toys were BPA/lead/phthalate-free I nearly jumped for joy in my wedges...in the bookstore. I also love that they clearly label everything that way...because, hey, we're not mind-readers, right?

His fav toy of the moment from the B. line are the Stackadoos above. HUGE home run on this toy! And I must admit, I do have fun myself making him his own "stackadoo train." I love toys that encourage the imagination and this one certainly does that...there are so many things to build! Or you can sort the different colors, as little C. loves to do, haha.

Other popular hits? The Fish & Splish boat (it's seriously what got him back in the bathtub, girlies!! he was scared of the drain for several weeks, poor thing...) and the Critter Clinic. (um and so glad he loves because this one wasn't cheap!) It's so adorable when he checks the little kitty cat's temperature and then gives it a hug. Swoon.

I love so much how little C. is learning new things every day. After he receives a toy for the first time, it's amazing how much he has figured out within days. I love just watching him figure it all out - his little mind works and works! Obvi, I'm a little prejudiced, but he's so smart (did you know he can seriously already count to 10?! and he can put together a 3-year-old jigsaw puzzle...ok, I'm done, I'm done!). I'm trying to cut myself off of the B. Toys for a little while, so he can enjoy what he has, but if you're looking for a gift or toy idea for your child, both Barnes & Noble and Target carry a good deal of these toys. Check them out, chic mamas!!

P.S. I will say the only letdown so far is the Car Go Cargo...there's just not much to it, so we use the little cars on a car garage he already owns! ;) If you're interested, I'll review some of the other toys, just let me know...

How I Wore My Heels: NYE

Now that everyone's back in the swing of things this week (well, attempting to be, anyway!)...HAPPY NEW YEAR! I've missed you all so, so much...I hope you've had an amazing holiday break and I'm so glad you decided to come back to I Heart Heels again. :) I promised you I would update you on my New Year's Eve jaunt to Dallas, so here it goes!

It was def a last-minute brainstorm of mine (when I think of something, there's no stopping me, by the way!), and since it was just one night in the city, I had to cram everything in (including shopping, duh). So, before we even checked into our (amazing) hotel, we stopped at NorthPark Center (one my fav shopping malls around, and I'm not really even a "mall" girl!). If you don't count the time I spent in Crewcuts and Hanna Andersson for little C., I pretty much spent my entire afternoon in Barneys. Swoon. When I walked inside, there was a huge 60-percent-off sale sign, and I thought I had died and gone to heaven. Turns out it was shoe heaven, and I scored the Isola Jean-Michel Cazabat heels here for just $120...gasp!! (They're the same style pumps Solange Knowles wore to the Met Gala!) I also found a nice lil' shirtdress by Rag & Bone I'm itching to wear very soon.

After NorthPark, we checked into our hotel, The Stoneleigh Hotel & Spa (although sadly there wasn't enough time for spa-partaking...my friend S. says they have amazing massages!). I'm pleased to say we had a very pleasant experience from start to finish...absolutely no problems at all with this hotel...loved it and would stay there again! I have to admit, I was a little nervous when I found out it has a history of being haunted (I'm such a scared-y cat!), but I was up for it, and turns out I didn't even have one ghostly encounter. :) The hotel actually underwent a huge renovation, and I don't know what it was like previously, but for such a historic, older hotel, everything def seemed new and hip to me. We had a plush, corner room that was a great size (and included two full-length mirrors, hello).

We ate dinner that night at Nobu just down the street and I must say it was beyond-words-delicious. We had eaten there in NY, but not Dallas, and lemme tell you. The lobster roll and Miso Cappuccino are things you must taste before you die. That good.

As for what I wore? (Let me apologize upfront for the blurry picture up top...when you're on vacay and you ask your husband to take photos, he doesn't exactly bubble over with joy, haha. Some of these are taken on my phone via Instagram, a program I LOVE.) I told you I tried Rent the Runway for the first time, and boy was I impressed. I rented this LaROK sequin jersey mini (and had to do overnight shipping because of my last-minute decision!) and received it in the cutest little Rent the Runway garment bag with double-stick tape and a NYE hat (which I donned as soon as I could, obvi). There were also really clear instructions for the newbie in me! All I had to do was stick the dresses (yep, they sent a back-up size, which thankfully I didn't need, haha) in the mail yesterday. They even provided me with a USPS envelope, ready to go. I loved wearing this dress so much (it rents for just $50, but retails for close to $300!), but I must also give props to my DKNY Body Perfect shapers (you'll thank me for this secret later...best.shaper.ever.), for without them, the dress would've been nothing. (Oh, and, of course, heels by DVF, clutch by Rebecca Minkoff and wrap by Elie Tahari.)

We rang in the New Year at the bar downstairs in the Stoneleigh where they had an old-fashioned jazz band playing. Much more low-key than many places I've been, but it was quite fun for a change and I really enjoyed the music. After the midnight toast, I must admit I was on my way to bed. Ugh. This girl had been shoe shopping all day...tiring ya know?

Demi Lovato's Black Lace Mini

Hope everyone had a fun-filled New Year's Eve - whether you were in your PJs watching the ball drop or somewhere exotic! It varies for me year to year, and this year I had the sudden urge to do something. So, at the last minute (um, two days beforehand, to be exact), I decided to book a NYE weekend getaway in Dallas (and rent a designer dress, which I LOVED wearing and more to come on that!). When I got back from the Big D, I had this release about Demi Lovato in my inbox and all of sudden my dress seemed eh. Haha.

I'm not a huge fan of Demi one way or the other, but I thought she looked amazing in this lace mini by Chagoury Couture. (Did you know she wears a size 2??) The dress retails for $2900 (and I thought I was stepping out in something spectacular in my $300 runway number...). Black lace can be super festive and a great alternative to the ever-popular sequins (ahem, that I sported, perhaps). This dress reminds me of the black lace D&G mini Britney Spears wore ages ago to the VMAs (well, except this one isn't completely see-through so a little more classy, eh?).

P.S. Milla Jovovich has also worn the dress and it looks just as fab on her, no? Seems peep-toes are the way to go here. Even more celebrity fans of Chagoury Couture include: Eva Longoria, Katie Perry, Hayden Panettiere and Niki Taylor.

I'm "Renting the Runway"

Happy Friday-before-the-New-Year, everyone! Aren't you excited? I've always loved NYE...there's just something about ringing in a brand-new year and making a celebration out of it. Silly, perhaps, but fun, indeed. I've been everywhere from Times Square and Beale Street to, well, holding a new baby on the couch (aww).

This year, I've made the last-minute decision to getaway, so I'll fill you in on all of the deets soon enough (I know, so suspenseful of me, right?). If you follow me on Twitter, you'll be able to get updated tweets and insider info along the way. :)

Most importantly, I've decided to "Rent the Runway" for my special night out, and after much debate (I don't make clothing decisions easily!), I've decided to go with the LaROK sequin number, shown here. After all, sequins are so NYE. I'm pretty excited because I've been wanting to try out RTR for awhile now, and this seemed like the perfect occasion. I'm not receiving the dress until later today, so look for a full review next week! And actually, I have to go now because I have to go search my closet for the perfect pair of heels...I know they're in there somewhere!

And before I go, I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heels to my heart for staying with me the past three years to make I Heart Heels what it is. It's because you always come back that I continue to do what I do, and I couldn't ask for better readers. So, thank you. Whiny Wednesday: Santa's Visit

Hi, chic mamas! I told you all I wouldn't be able to stay away. I'm actually running a 100-degree temp right now, but blogging always makes me feel better, so here's hoping...guess we had a little too many festivities over the past few weeks! Can you believe Santa came to our house? This was the first year little C. *really* knew what to think about it all, and of course we had the video camera out (by the way, no one gets to see since I had not changed into my chic PJs just yet or brushed my hair...ugh).

I ordered this Recycled Canvas Play Tent ($229) from Restoration Baby & Child TWO whole months before we received it. I was so nervous the entire time because when I ordered it, the shipping status said it wouldn't ship until Dec. 11 and wouldn't receive it until Dec. 19. Talk about cutting it close!! But, I had total faith in RH because I practically did little C's whole nursery with items from the company - and always had a great experience. So, yes, after I called for the two weeks leading up to Christmas, turns out it ended up shipping LATE and this mama was in a panic. But, guess what? They were able to deliver it on the same day promised and I had the best customer service reps every time I called (hello, they even let me use the Friends & Family discount when I received it the day after I ordered...so nice!). You just can't beat good service like that, and that's why I continue to go back to RH time and time again. L to the O to the V to the E.

So, about the "teepee," as I call it? little C. LOVES it. (thank goodness...wasn't cheap!) He wants me (or his daddy) to sit inside it with him and play, which is adorable (and yes, sometimes, we're a little tight on space!). He's taken to the game of throwing his new football through the window over and over (such a boy, right?). And he has a teepee dance where he bounces around on his toes and say "teeeeepeeeeee." Pretty sure this kid is happy about his play tent!

The Royal Air Force-inspired logo looks downright real on the recycled (very sturdy canvas), and there are ties on the "door" so you can make things even cozier as little C. likes to do. It takes up a pretty good amount of space, but we had already cleared just the spot, having had it in mind for several months (takes up about an entire wall in his room). Rest assured, RH offers three different girl patterns, and this one for boys. I'm pretty much in love with it and think Santa did an amazing job...don't you??

P.S. It's made of collapsible aluminum poles, and one of them snapped immediately when we moved it from the living room to the playroom. Um, yes, you can say this mama was freaking out just a tad (ok, I was almost in tears), but luckily D. had a spare rod (what? I know, right?!). So, I'm hoping RH takes note of this detail in the future.

Winter Hats Are Chic

Finished with your Christmas shopping? Kourtney Kardashian's still going strong! She was spotted on Rodeo Drive this week shopping up a storm in the cutest lil' hat ever. And I'm squealing with excitement because I found out where I (err, you) can find it.

It's the navy wool felt hat from Hat Attack, and while I couldn't dig up the exact same hat, there are several wool felt hats in the fall collection (including a navy one), I absolutely adore. From fedoras to floppies, it really doesn't matter. You can use a felt hat to spruce up any ol' outfit in an instant (and keep you warm). Plus, it just looks so celeb-like, no? (add the shades and everyone will be whispering...)

P.S. I hope you all have a blessed, faaaaaaabulous holiday weekend, I really do. I know I'm going to (try) to put up my feet and relax and not eat too many sweets (bashful face). We'll visit lots of family, too, and I'm sure they'll be a shopping trip involved at some point. Label We Heart: Barbara Bui

I wanna be a Barbara Bui girl so freaking bad. I've just recently discovered BB heels and they're major, folks. Actress/model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley wore the fall Sand Suede Booties shown here out and about in Bev Hills. I love how she wore them with skinny jeans to show off the big, chunky wedge and glorious number of a shoe. If you had these shoes, wouldn't you show them off, too?!

Let's all squeal together, and plan on seeing Ms. Bui plenty more times in 2012...how's that sound? xo

Camilla Belle Carries the Rebecca Minkoff Kiss

Aww, I get all gushy and sweet when I see a Rebecca Minkoff bag I love (ok, yes, I do love them all...never met a Minkoff I didn't like, as I say), but look at this one! Camilla Belle wore the quilted leather Kiss studded convertible clutch (in red, no less) while shopping in L.A. yesterday. Let's all pause for a moment as we envy Camilla.

Ok...moving on...

What would you wear with this bag? Um, everything under the sun (except, red obvi). Everyone needs a great red bag, just like a great red pair of heels. It's such an amazing way to add an instant pop of color (that doesn't come off as cheesy like other hues can...). Red is genuine; quilted is chic. Oh, and convertible is handy. The RM Kiss is next in line on my list! Smooches...

Katie Holmes Wears Her Own Label

Get me to Barneys, stat. Ok, wait, not until February, but I'm hotly anticipating the release of this dress from Katie Holmes' line Holmes & Yang. Katie wore the tiered ruffle cocktail dress this week to the premiere of Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol.

I'm a lover of all things navy and throw in swiss dots and silk and you've got me. I love how silk feels, how it makes me feel and how it's generally very flattering. And swiss dots are a fav - so cutesy, yet still so impeccably chic. A great twist on a classic dress, plus the sheerness screams look at me, I'm way sexy. Don't you agree we all need more long-sleeve dresses in our lives? I'm freezing come winter! Long sleeves or no sleeves, Katie looks absolutely amazing lately, I must say.

Wish List: Express Zelda Jean Legging

Kicking myself in the left and right knee for not buying these jeans. Ok, let me explain. I was just in Express this weekend perusing the goods when I decided, with my holiday spirit I should be all nice and such and buy d. something (which I won't mention because I know he's reading this...ok, and maybe I did buy myself a shirt, but that's beside the point here...). I spotted these jeans (Express Zelda jean legging) on a table in the back and thought I should have them...in this very color (spiced guava). Granted, I didn't try them on, but now I'm seeing this photo of Alessandra Ambrosio in them and I hafta, hafta, hafta have them.

Truth is, I know I can never compare to lil' Ms. AA doing her thing in the spiced guava I'm so in love with, for real. But, I can certainly rock them in my own, stylish way. They're only $80 and I have a pair of boots just like hers that would look amazing with my white button-down. Ok, fine. So, I wanna be just like Alessandra Ambrosio. Don't you?? Wink.

P.S. Snatch them here...I think these just might be the pair of colored jeans I've been waiting for my whole life.

Get Holiday Party Ready with the Simplest Beauty Products

Hiya! As you're prepping for all of those family holiday gatherings, Christmas parties and even New Year's bashes coming very soon, I wanted share with you some tips on how to perfect your makeup look. And it's by using some of the simplest tools around - Vaseline® Petroleum Jelly and Q-tips® Precision Tips™!

I'm sure most of you already have a jar of Vaseline lying around in your beauty cabinet (it's an essential!), but guess what? The company just launched a new Lip Therapy that is pretty darn amazing. It never fails, every time the tiniest bit of cold air hits, my lips freak out and don't know how to handle (c'mon, lips, just one year without being chapped, please??)! So I've been using the cutest little sample of Lip Therapy (see the tininess above? Love it!) and it's really given my lips so hope. I like to dab a little on an old toothbrush and lightly brush across my lips to exfoliate. Works so well!

But besides using Vaseline for dry lips, you can use it so many other ways:

*Turn old lipsticks into fun, new glosses by mixing remnants with a dab of Vaseline.

*Mix a dab of it with loose eye shadow to create an eye shadow that moisturizes.

*Apply it to the apple of your cheeks for an instant glow.
*Apply it on your feet before putting on socks and wear overnight to help achieve smooth feet and toes.

*Use a dab of it to slick back stray hairs in a ponytail for a smooth, polished look.

There are about 10 million different ways you can use a Q-Tips Precision Tip (really the only kind I use anymore!) to achieve your holiday look, so let me just list a few of my favs for you!

*They provide precise makeup application, are great for softening the bright colors, and safe for delicate skin around the eyes.

*You can use them as a disposable eye shadow brush, and you can layer all your colors without having to worry about washing brushes in between or using a ton of brushes!

*If you make a mistake, all you have to do is dip the tip in makeup remover and voila!

*Use it to dab three dots of concealer under the eye. Use the other end to blend!

*And, of course, use them to apply lip gloss from a pot! So easy, so useful...

Label We Heart: Coye Nokes

I love an amazing platform. And I really heart a super-chic peep-toe. Ok, who am I kidding, I love them ALL. I don't discriminate between a platform, a peep-toe or a platform with a peep-toe. Catch my drift? Granted, everything does not make me swoon. I have seen some not-so-pleasing-to-the-eye heels out there, and those we won't discuss (blech). What we will discuss is a new fav brand called Coye Nokes. In fact, it's on my holiday wish list. (um, wish list because I don't quite have the funds scrounged up at the moment, if you will...)

The shoes are sexy, sophisticated, gorgeousness on a stick (by stick, I mean heel, just go with it, ok?). As much as I can't take my eyes off the candy-red Mia peep-toe ($295) below, there's just something about the black Vivien platform ($545) that intrigues me. It's black, but has that tiny hint of camel to ease off the boringness, and then the cut-outs make it not your average platform. You could practically be anything you wanna be in these. If only just for a day, right?

Whiny Wednesday: little C. Turns Two

Just a quick lil' post to say how much fun little C's fish party was - he turned TWO (joke because that's how he says it...sort of shouts it...and holds up his fingers so cutely! oh, and then tries to say he's five...sigh...)! My mom always planned the best birthday parties for me with different themes every year, so I def know where I got this party-planning-machine attribute of mine. I can't stop; I won't stop.

We had his birthday at the house again because, c'mon, he's too little to enjoy much else. It was mostly family, but my BFF L. did stop by with her precious tot baby A. And, of course, my sis had her bundle of joy baby M. there so there were babies everywhere! Didn't make me want another, by any means. Wink.

You could say I went all out on the fish theme. I used some netting I already had from Pottery Barn to drape across the tablecloth I bought at Party City (this is where I always buy all of the paper goods and such...too easy!). For the snacks, I filled a plastic (unused) fish tank full of little Goldfish crackers; and I set out croissants with tuna fish (a fav of little C's!) and cheese cubes (um, another of his favs). The cake came from the same company as last year (Blue Cake Company) - chocolate upon chocolate...YUM, YUM. And I even found a cute little orange fish to stick on top from Hobby Lobby, of all places. My fav part, of course, were the fish-shaped cake pops. I found a local stay-at-home-mom/baker in my area just by searching Facebook and she did AMAZING. Don't you think? (lemme know if you're local and you want to use her and I'll send you her info!) Not to mention, they tasted soooo freaking good. Unfortch, little C. thought the same, so I didn't get to eat all of them. :)

I even thought for a month (ok, I actually bought it and returned it) about gifting little C. with his own fish tank, alas, it was just another thing on my plate and in the long run his new tricycle was SUCH a hit. Right now he's still practicing getting on and off, but he can already do it by himself and it almost makes me cry! So precious. (the tricycle has a bell, too, and I think that's a fav part of his)

It was such a great day and I truly can't believe the next party will be for when he turns three. My little baby is now a full-fledged toddler (I can't even begin with those stories...that's another post...).

P.S. little C.'s fav part of the party? Balloons by far. Can you say obsessed??

Whiny Wednesday: Cards for Every Occasion

One of my fav things about this blog (and especially this weekly kid's column) is being able to be share with you my thoughts on specific products and which ones have really worked for me. Because, hey, you know just as well as I do that word-of-mouth is one of the best ways to learn about something great! Well, let me fill you in on something. I started ordering from Tiny Prints in 2009 when little C. was born and I ordered birth announcements, and now I can never order from anyone else. They're seriously that good. It's not just the super-duper cute cards, quality (this is major to me, too...I've received some cards that aren't near the quality of Tiny Prints) and huge selection (I literally spend hours searching, but it's fun to me!), it's also the amazing customer service. I've always received my cards ahead of time, and they even send you a personal email to say they're "looking over your order." I love that.

So, last year I ordered birthday invites (you know, the one with little C. dressed as an adorable giraffe!), and this year I was provided a credit to order both birthday invites and Christmas cards. I've always said I would never, ever send a Christmas card (admit, they're a bit cheesy...), but decided one with just little C. wouldn't hurt anything (no way I was putting my photo, haha!). So, we sent the card above and it turned out so perfect. I didn't do the rounded corners since it costs extra, but I love how large I could get little C's photo so the focus was on him (by the way, I took his photo in front of the Christmas tree with my new lens, and let me tell you that was fun...he does not sit still very long!).

So, let's back up a bit. Several weeks before I even thought about ordering the Christmas cards, I ordered and sent out these cute-as-a-button fish invites for little C's second birthday (more on this in a separate post!). They were actually what inspired the whole theme of the party when I saw them and it donned on me, "yes, he does love fish!" (not to mention, his room is blue and orange!) So I ordered the return address labels below to match them. Adorable. Return address labels are well worth not having to sign your name a jillion times, and they look so much nicer, no?

Last, but certainly not least, I ordered the thank you notes below. They're the exact canvas design by DwellStudio little C. has in his room, so I couldn't resist (and there weren't really any fish thank you notes...). I just sent them out yesterday, so if you're reading this and you came to C's party, expect to see it live and in person today! Hope you like it as much as I do.

My Stylish New Look for Less

You guys. I'm freaking out right now. Why? Because I went shopping at Sears this weekend and scored some complete steals. If you know me (we're BFFs by now, right??), you know I tend to spend a little more on what I wear. So, I must admit I wasn't quite sure what to expect of the selection at Sears, but look! I put together this outfit that (minus the jean leggings and cami beneath my sweater...) is comprised of some major Sears Style.

So, here's the rundown...you do wanna know, right?!

I didn't know Sears carried a less expensive version of a fav brand of mine, French Connection, so I was pleasantly surprised! It's called UK Style by French Connection, and this cutout sweater (which was originally only $48 anyway), only cost me $23.99 on sale. It came in several colors, but I love how rocker chic it is in black. And I hate to go up sizes, but I did, because I wanted it to be a little more oversized than my usual size fit me.

The rest of my finds are from the Kardashian Kollection. Heard of it? Ha. I actually had the chance to view the "Kollection" in entirety while I was in New York in September (and met the girls...hello, soooo much fun that night!), so I had been anxious to catch it in the store. I already knew the shoes were amazing, so I actually headed right there when I got to Sears. I found tons (including an over-the-knee boot and a studded wedge, but they were out of my size), but immediately fell in love with the leopard-print pumps here (I had actually been dying to own a pair of leopard pumps, so this was the perfect opportunity!). Turns out they were on sale for just $29.99. Like, whoa.

So I slipped a cami I already owned under the sweater, paired it with my fav pair of black jeggings and, yes, those are fake glasses on my head. Sometimes I wear them just for fun (I even took a few snaps wearing them, but didn't like them as well...)!

Ok, so the final accessory that I bought at the last minute when I realized I had only spent $58 (and had been provided a $75 gift card), was the pair of Kardashian Kollection earrings I spotted. At just $14 on sale, I couldn't pass them up. These babies are pretty heavy, but I'm in l-o-v-e with them, and have so far, gotten tons of compliments. I never realized how much a great pair of earrings can complete an outfit, but they really do. And they go with everything, so there you go. You're getting even more out of your money. I just love it when I find something like that!

Winter Kate 2012: Behind the Scenes

Here's a behind-the-scenes look at the Winter Kate 2012 lookbook shoot, styled by Nicole Richie's best friend and stylist Samantha Traina. It was shot by Alan Silfen, Lionel Richie's go-to photog, in the deserts of Cali (where many of my relatives live, by the way...my mom grew up out there!).

Here's a bit about the collection:

The Spring 2012 Winter Kate collection was inspired by the mystical city of Rajastan, India. Nicole incorporates a bold palette of saffron, burnt ochre, peacock blue and amaranth to echo the exotic charm of the subcontinent, while continuing to stay true to her signature boho-chic style. Delicate silk-embroidered bed jackets and frocks bring to life the intricacy and detail of the local handicrafts and provide a handworked feel, juxtaposing more minimalist pieces with a hint of Far East influence.

P.S. I have yet to get my hands on anything Winter Kate, but um, excuse my pun, but this winter seems like the perfect time to me! Swooning over it all, per usual...

Color Me Stila

Stila has just released a new iPhone/iPad app for all you makeup lovers and it's the coolest thing! "Color Me Stila" is designed to work with their Dream in Full Color holiday collection (which is amazingly gorgeous, by the way). The app allows you to "paint" a ton of makeup looks onto your own photo using the actual Stila shades. A special ModiFace technology makes it look super real (aka not clownish!). You can download the FREE app here on iTunes! So much fun, right?

White + Warren Travel Wrap

Everybody's doing it. Wearing the White + Warren travel wrap, that is. You know when you see both Blake Lively and Angelina Jolie sporting the same piece (albeit in different colors), you've got something that practically anyone can wear!

Angelina wore her navy version to the Blood and Honey afterparty earlier this month, while Blake wore her midnight teal wrap just last week while taking a break from filming Gossip Girl.

The wrap retails for $295 (think investment piece before you shake your fist at me...you could quite possibly wear this beauty with every outfit this winter!), and it comes in a plethora of colors. So many, I think I would have to close my eyes and just pick one (so bad at making decisions...). Although, I am quite found of Miss Lively's! Pretty gorgeous.

Since my green cashmere sweater was found last week in my closet with holes in it (yes, I'm still sobbing my eyes out), this might just be a purchase to consider over the holidays. I need a little (super-soft) luxe in my life, and it's my understanding you can't find cashmere any sweeter than White + Warren. Plane rides will never, ever be the same...(daydreaming)

The Simple Life

Sometimes I wanna crawl into a hole and just get rid of all of my stuff. Doesn't that sound completely weird and downright anti-fashion-and-beauty-blogger of me? Ok, I wouldn't get rid of my heels (eek!) or any of the products on this page, for that matter, but you get my point. There's something to be said about the simple life and just really weeding out all of the crap in your life. And that includes nasty chemicals in your skincare. I never honestly thought I could find three different product lines I love so much that I don't have to worry about what's put in them. Wanna know?

1. Neal's Yard Remedies

I've been sampling the Aromatic Shower & Body Care Collection, which contains certified organic ingredients (as all NYR products do), and I feel cleansed. Yes, figuratively and literally speaking. Oddly enough, my favorite from the collection of Geranium & Orange shower gel (must admit, not my fav scent of the bunch), Rose & Geranium body polish, Citrus hand wash and Rose & Geranium body lotion, is...the hand wash! It's still in my guest bathroom (gotta impress) and every, single person who visits makes a comment on its amazing citrus scent (yes, I now wash my hands in the guest bathroom only). Not to mention, the guest bathroom is really little C's bathroom now, so I feel confident enough to use the soap on his hands as well (ahhh, good ol' peace of mind...).

2. NUDE

I've used NUDE products in the past, but never on my face, which can be quite finicky. So, for the past month, I've been trying The Balancing Collection, and oh la la. Not only is it gorgeous upon first glance, the three-step routine makes me feel so refreshed. And I almost want to write that in all caps because it really and truly is that refreshing. You can tell immediately when it hits your skin it's free of all the "bad stuff." And while the first step is the facial wash, the second step has me at hello every time. The hydrating water is a mist you spray on your face and then dab off with a cotton ball. You can even use it throughout the day to make your skin look refreshed (although I tend to forget!). This mist smells and feel so good - I love it! The final step is a moisturizer that also acts as an anti-ager (sigh...30 does feel quite harsh some days!). I will say my acne-prone skin still requires a spot treatment of something from my (amazing) dermatologist, but I do heart this skincare collection for being so pure.

3. REN

REN's got some great shower gels, and even for men. I had been searching for something good for my husband to use without all those harsh chemicals (gotta look out for him!), and found this Shower Trio Gift Set ($65). So after I was sent a sample and D. tried it, he may or may not have squealed (ok, he would kill me for saying that, but he was excited!). The Neroli and Grapefruit Zest as well as Seaweed and Sage body washes are perfect for guys to use, and psst...I may or may not have requested this one so I could use the other body wash - Moroccan Rose Otto. Ok, yes, I did, and it truly smells divine. C'mon, you didn't think my gifting intentions were all good, right? Wink.

Jessica Alba in Giles & Brother Necklace

Folks, I've had a looooong week and I'm so ready to start the weekend. What about you? All I can think about is this necklace by Giles & Brother (the costume jewelry line created by CFDA designer Philip Crangi) and how good it would look around my neck. Trivial, perhaps, but hey, sometimes fashion is what gets us through...am I right? I love being creative when I put together outfits...it's so much fun for me to pick out what to wear (and yes, sometimes I do it the night before...dork alert). I love how Jessica Alba put this necklace with a simple white tee under a classic black blazer and fun pair of red pants. Great outfit! (and now I also want red pants...just not sure if I'm that daring!)

The Fine Trove necklace is $235 is completely gorgeous without making a fuss...the perfect complement to practically any outfit, dressed up or down. Just enough to make that "whoa" statement. Want it. Need it. Heart it.

Poncho Love

Ponchos are my friend. Ever since I saw a photo of Jessica Simpson (back in the day) wearing an oversized black poncho (with brown, no less, a fav combo of mine), I went searching for my own. I still own it because it's so easy to throw on and look fab instantly...just make sure those shoes are cute and voila! But, that's because mine's black and I found it on sale for $20 (not so quality). I now have a brand-new poncho crush and it's this one (we shall refer to her by name, "Jasmine") by Manhattan designer Ulla Johnson.

Sorry to stare Jasmine, but you've got everything I'm looking for in a new winter poncho (not to mention, you look superb with the ol' tried-and-true riding boots). 100-percent Italian wool...fringe bottom...toggle closure (with leather, duh). And eek! You're on sale on Shopbop?? I can't.

Bye-bye old poncho, hello new poncho.

P.S. The best thing about these is they're one size fits all...um, perfect timing for the holidays, yes?

Robert Verdi's New Jewelry Collection

So bummed not to be able to hit up the party in New York last month (yeah, I know, I'm a bit behind!) for Robert Verdi's new jewelry collection: Y&J Multiplicity by Robert Verdi. But alas, my southern home calls me this time of year, and I just can't jet-set at the moment...wink.

No, but really, Robert Verdi is the sweetest guy ever, so I've gotta give him props for this new line in collab with designers Yasmin & Jazmin. This guys knows his stuff (he's been styling Eva Longoria for years, not to mention he hearts shoes and has an amazing shoe closet, so what's not to love?!). I mean, any girl would love to reply when someone asks "where did you get that necklace?" with "Oh, Robert Verdi designed it." (although, I really hate it when people ask me that question, haha...)

Looks like I missed a great party as everyone from Hayden Panettiere and Kelly Rutherford to Maria Menounos and Kathy Griffin showed up. (I'm sure RV was the life of the party, natch!) Who wouldn't want to listen to Alexandra Richards DJ at the Chelsea Arts Tower store, hello? Best of luck with the collection, Mr. Verdi...we're absolutely loving it! xo

Whiny Wednesday: Holiday Chic

Did you know little C. turns TWO this week?! Squeal! I'm trying not to overwhelm myself with all of the party planning (not to mention it's the holidays and little C. is not wanting to take his naps...sigh!). What I am having fun with right now? Organizing his outfit, haha. Can't help it...it's just a problem this mom has! I was incredibly lucky to receive a few things this month from a couple of my fav brands for kids.

Let's start with Rabbitmoon. Last year he actually wore the same brand to his birthday party (a cute little striped blue romper), and this year I've picked out the blue flannel shirt above (that's on sale now!) It's super soft, and hello, button downs are easy cheesy for dressing (it's getting harder and hard to make the little guy cooperate, ha). And the dark rinse jeans below are a classic...if little C's not wearing sweat pants (hate to admit, but he loves them), he's usually wearing jeans (and they're cuffed because his little legs are so short!). These are $35 and a toddler's closet essential. Can't wait to see him in this at his blue-and-orange-themed parTAY!

So, of course, I've already got his Christmas outfit planned, and I have to admit, he's already worn it once (bashful face). We went to visit Santa last weekend (with NO tears, can you believe it?!) and I thought this holiday shirt and corduroy pants from Le Top's Run, Run, Reindeer! Collection would be just perfect. The whole outfit retails for $60 and I highly recommend it. It's great for bopping around town, playing and even more formal activities. The cords are completely elastic, so they're easy to slip on, and who can resist that cute little earmuff-wearing reindeer? I sure couldn't...

Whiny Wednesday: Edible Art

In all of my aimless wandering on the Web for new and cool products little C. might be able to try, I came across We Can Too, an art supply company made from food-based organic ingredients. I know, coolest thing ever, right?

Obvi our babies and toddlers are very curious creatures (little C. gets into everything these days, eek!), so Sarid Ditton founded We Can Too in 2007 (she now also works with Nichole Groat) to satisfy her baby's curiosity so that she could make art both fun and, well, non-toxic!

little C's been using the Veggie Crayons ($11 for 5) lately, and while he mostly just scribbles right now, he loves it when I draw him a sun and moon (his favorites). They're the perfect size for his little hands to hold (although they are square, so it did take him a moment to realize they were different that the ones he's used to holding!). Um, and what can I say. He's just as intrigued with putting them in the sack and taking them out as well (and stacking the crayons). Haha. My little boy...gotta love him!

Now to the REAL fun...fingerpaints! ($35 for a set of 5) Yep, these are completely safe in case baby decides to insert their fingers into their mouth (like they so love to do) and try it out. They're made from real blueberries, pumpkin, beets and spinach...amazing, right? And such a great idea! All you have to do is add water and shake them. Then, just make sure you put them in the fridge (away from baby's reach, of course). And since they're organic, they're also VEGAN with no wheat, no sugar and no preservatives.

What mom wouldn't love these right? I'm anxious to try the sidewalk chalk next!

How I Wore My Heels: Holiday Shopping!

It's coming...Christmas is almost here! Today I'm wearing my newest pair of heels from Tsubo and I heart them soooo much! For me to wear heels during the week to take care of little C. they need to be a manageable height and pretty comfortable. These are both stylish and I can move around in them, toting around my 29-pound little tot! As I've mentioned recently, this cognac hue of brown is all that for me lately - I can't get enough of it. And the zipper back and slight bunching (aka ruching) at the ankle are the details they make these not just any boots. I'll wear these for a very, long time, I can already tell. By the way, it's starting to finally get chilly down south, so I've been slipping on all of my fav coats, and this camel one is a winner. (You know I'm a sucker for zipper details!) This coat fits like a glove and the oversized collar makes me happy. (Um and yeah, I did take off my coat for some shots and froze just a bit, haha.)

Here's how I wore my heels:

* Coat gifted by Soia & Kyo (Some of the cutest winter coats I've seen all season...seriously. These high-quality stunners are sure to be around in your closet forever. Besides that, camel is so chic!)

* Black satchel by Rebecca Minkoff (For those who've been reading for awhile, you'll know this was my first Minkoff purchase from TJ Maxx and I heart it to pieces!)

* Skinny jeans gifted by J Brand (I scored these by attending the Lucky FABB conference...had wanted to try J Brand for the longest! These are the 811 skinnies and let me tell you, they are def skinny, and they're great with boots.)

* Black asymmetrical top by LNA (an absolute fav tee brand of mine...I could just live in these! This one is so different than any other tee I've seen, yet still so classic.)

Celebs Heart the MiH Biker Jacket

I wanna be bad. Remember that Willa Ford song? Yup, still have it on my iPod (bashful face). Ok, so I coulda been voted "least likely to be bad" in school (and now, ahem), so I'm feeling like playing a little dress-up in this MiH biker jacket ($924) that both Gwyneth Paltrow and Sarah Jessica Parker wore recently. Swooning all over. This is the grandaddy of all leather jackets, folks.

Besides the zippers and pocket details, my fav bit of sass is that it's cropped. Love. It. Wear it zipped over lotsa layers "SJP style" or leave it unzipped like the cool Gwyneth girl you are. The leather on this baby is tough, the lining is amazing and the hardware (aka rectangular studs) was developed specifically for MiH. Yep, this jacket is pretty much a work of art (hence, the price, ha!) and one to make practically any sweet lil' girl feel like the coolest on the block. Celebrity status not included. Wink.

Obviously, if you don't know by now, we're pretty obsessed with style, celebrities and those who style them. Style expert Lindsay Albanese has plenty of experience styling everyone from Kendra Wilkinson and Paula Abdul to Kristin Cavallari and Karina Smirnoff. She's also styled every television show from Entertainment Tonight to American Idol. But, perhaps what we're most smitten with is her love for, well, super-high heels (natch). Read here what she has to say about dressing for the holidays and her fav shoe brands!

I Heart Heels: We're gearing up for the holidays! How do we keep it flashy without looking trashy?
Lindsay Albanese: Balance out super-sparkly clothing with basics. When in doubt, choose black, white or cream to complement these pieces. Never sparkle hair to toe. Let one (or maybe two) statement pieces be the main event! Regardless, in lieu of the holidays, show your shimmer now more than ever!

IHH: What are a few brands you always rely on when you're heel shopping and why?
LA: I love Steve Madden and ALDO. They're my go-to brands when looking for a hot heel or a basic for under $100. When I'm splurging (or lusting), I favor Giuseppe Zanotti, Charlotte Olympia, Christian Louboutin, Marni and Proenza Schouler...they all make a hell of a sexy shoe!

IHH: What are three things that most always flatter a figure?
LA: V or scoop necklines, anything that defines the natural waistline and a super-high heel!

IHH: Who are your own style icons and why?
LA: Kate Moss (effortless, and eternally chic and cool)
Charlize Theron (always impeccably put together and polished. A modern-day movie star.)
Sarah Jessica Parker (a risk-taker and style adventurous. How can you not admire her for that!?)
Nicole Richie (I, too, am inspired by the 60's and 70's and lean towards the same types of prints and silhouettes she favors.).

IHH: What are you thankful for in fashion?
LA: That I'm able to make a living off of working with it! Amen!
