Spotted! Rachel Bilson in Brian Reyes

Leggings + Knee-High Boots + Charcoal Tee by Brian Reyes = Total chicette!

Rachel Bilson was spotted in LA Tuesday looking cool and confident. Her oversized vest is the perfect layer over cash black leggings and a tee. And the riding boots bring the eye up - which is great when "up" is so cute!! The splash of red for the bag is so striking against the black, too. Love it!
