This just in! Target will sell designer accessories April through July from both Cynthia Vincent (footwear!) and Eugenia Kim (hats!). Cynthia is known for her celeb-loved line (Ashley Tisdale, Hilary Duff, Kim Kardashian), Twelfth St. by Cynthia Vincent. And Eugenia Kim has made hat creations for celebs from JLo to LilLo. More details to come later, but keep your eyes open because they're sure to be hot!!
