Whiny Wednesday: Do You Know an Inspiring Mom?
After all the fashion week madness, chic moms, Whiny Wednesday is finally back! I know, I know. Put down your fancy diaper bags (oh, but not on the floor!) and let’s begin!
AVEENO is hosting a new ACTIVE Naturals Inspiring Mom Contest. All you have to do – in 500 words or less – is spill on the inspirational mom you know (hey, it could be yourself!). The winner will win a trip to Cali to meet the celeb panel of judges – Jessica Seinfeld (founder of charity, Baby Buggy), Peg Moline (Editor in Chief of Fit Pregnancy and Natural Health) and Lisa Druxman (M.A. founder of Stroller Strides) – and have $5,000 donated to Baby Buggy in her name. What a great cause, right?! In case you didn’t know, Baby Buggy donates new and gently used essentials to those families in need. Love it.
Obvi, the first person that comes to mind is my mom – oh, and wouldn’t she l-o-v-e a trip to her home state (err, except, she hates to fly…probably a small prob there…). But, really, just a quick shout-out to my mother who is really and truly my best friend. I have NO idea who I would be – or what I would WEAR – without her (no really, I send her Twitpics of me in the dressing room for opinions…). So, thanks mom (because I know you read every, single day) for helping me be who I am, do everything I do (gosh, it’s a lot) and for inspiring me. Kleenex, anyone?

I love Aveeno! So great to have a product I can trust to treat my sweet baby girls senstive skin, especially when we have an eczema flare-up!
