Gosh, we do so much to our hair these days, am I right? A blowdry here, a few highlights there. It's no wonder our hair needs a little tender-loving care! And I'm personally a believer in the beauty mantra that good hair can make all the difference in the world when it comes to appearance. Not only that, having pretty, healthy hair can boost your self-confidence, making you feel just as good on the inside (insert warm fuzzies).
I've recently been adding Dove's new premium haircare products to my routine. They're touted to repair, nourish and moisturize and - gasp! - they do just that. I've been trying the Daily Moisture line and it's too good. Get this. I don't have dry hair (unless I've just gotten highlights at the salon), but I've found when I use a shampoo for dry hair it makes my hair gleam. Call me crazy, but it's def true. (hence one of the reasons I didn't hesitate to try this new line) Let's call it "weightless moisture," perhaps. My typically oily hair just feels all-over good - that means not oily, yet not dry and not damaged. But it has a little bit of pep in its step and sorta feels softer and pretty awesomely clean. My tired hair is revived, y'all!
If you're looking for a new product line to try that won't break the bank - ahem - enter Dove. You can find it at your local drugstore, so once you're obsessed with it like moi you can (a) find it easily and on the fly and (b) stock up on it in bulk because you can afford it. Sometimes it's the little things...
P.S. Don't forget to enter Dove's Great Hair Affair Sweepstakes, where thousands of prizes are up for grabs!
